1. Services
iRepair.is provides phone and tablet repair services for iPhone and Samsung devices. Services include screen replacement, battery replacement, and other repairs as agreed. All repairs are carried out by Lukas Dedic (Kennitala: 2910874699) trading as iRepair.is.
2. Booking & Deposit
All spare parts are ordered specifically for each repair. To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the full quoted price is required.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after parts have been ordered, unless we are unable to complete the repair.
3. Prices
All prices are listed on the iRepair.is website and include parts and labour. Prices are stated in Icelandic Króna (ISK) and are inclusive of VAT (VSK) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that repair.
4. Repair Turnaround
Most screen and battery repairs are completed within 1–2 hours once parts are available. We will notify you when your device is ready. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping of parts or factors outside our control.
5. Warranty
Repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by water, physical impact, or misuse after repair
- Issues unrelated to the repair performed
- Wear and tear from normal use
6. Data & Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and device information solely to process your repair booking. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by law. We comply with Icelandic privacy laws and GDPR. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@irepair.is.
7. Liability
We take every care with your device. iRepair.is is not liable for pre-existing faults, data loss, or software issues unrelated to the repair. We recommend backing up your data before any repair. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed.
8. Electronic Confirmation
When you confirm a repair via SMS link, your confirmation is recorded with a timestamp and IP address. This constitutes your acceptance of these terms and authorises us to proceed with the repair and charge the agreed price.
